You may submit a request for a 60-minute video consultation via the form or contact details provided on the Site. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, and we will contact you directly to confirm whether and when a session can take place. No recurring subscription or contract is created by submitting a request.
You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed session with reasonable advance notice, in line with the cancellation window communicated to you when the session was confirmed.
While we apply industry-standard practices, we make no guarantee of specific outcomes, cost savings or elimination of technical issues. Actual results depend on your infrastructure, cooperation and implementation of the recommendations discussed during the call.
